Intimate Flower Market Wedding Inspiration: New Orleans Styled Social
Ow, our hearts! This intimate flower market wedding inspiration from our New Orleans Styled Social hits all the right sweet spots. See parts one and two of the New Orleans event to get your Dior-meets-flower-market mood on, and then meet us back here. From the whimsically blooming ceremony tree beside the outdoor fireplace to the heart-shaped iron chairs at the garden table, this al fresco celebration has us lost in a daydream.
Sweeping us away visually is Mon Soleil , which should come as no surprise at this point because her light + airy images have left us all breathless countless times before.
And with Brooke Casey Weddings as the visual architect behind this story, no detail was left uninspired.
The most darling mini cake from Chasing Wang with sugar petals in 4D!
The found pieces from Pure Vintage Rentals simply make this scene. We can’t really choose a favorite between the bistro ceremony chairs or the iron sweetheart table seating, but who says we have to?!
“Where there’s negative space, throw a little flower on it!” was the motto for Kim Starr Wise Floral , and we’re so glad it was! Because the result is this mountain of blooms from ceremony backdrop to vintage dresser display.
Of course, this scene wouldn’t be possible without the magnetic Spanish architecture inspired venue, Il Mercato or their sister company Joels who provided all the eats + treats!
While sometimes it feels like we’ve seen our fair share of engagement rings, Aurosi Jewels swoops in to prove us wrong. Their vast collection of floral + vintage-inspired gems has us wondering at what point it becomes “unhealthy” to have their sparkly selection pool as our default webpage.
Talk about an elevated bridal style, this layered gown from Jenny Yoo seems too good to be true. Lucky for all of us, it’s real and available in the spring 2019 collection!
Basic Invite showed UP with this invitation suite that was touched by a green thumb. Perhaps a little leprachaun too because we spy some gold foil!
To say these gals are rocking their wedding day hairstyles from Ali Vasquez Hair is an understatement. The perfect match for the natural, yet bold makeup looks provided by Melissa Vaccaro.
Another enviable fashion statement is this dapper suit from Stitch & Tie – classic cut, polka dot bow tie and all!
Thanks to Fifty Flowers for sending blooms by the busload for this inspired Southern gathering too!
You won’t want to miss the cherry on top – this short film from Mon Soleil !
We’re gearing up for 2019 where wedding photographers will have the opportunity to shoot a full-scale editorial like this one, produced by us and designed by a team of handpicked local vendors.
